Delivery and returns

Your pack shipment

All orders are generally dispatched within 24 hrs (for in stock items) of confirmed payment of your order. Your order will be shipped via a tracked delivery service of our choice. Delivery times approx. 1-4 business days non rural or 2-6 business days rural - NZ only and 4-12 business days for Australia, excludes any postal, courier or customs delays. After 12 business days for NZ and 18 business days for Australia an order will be considered missing or undelivered. 

Note: Orders sent to a rural address are generally delivered by a NZ Post Rural Contractor. Your order may not be tracked once the item is with the rural delivery contractor.

Cosacc reserves the right to send all goods using the postal or courier service of their choice. The delivery terms and conditions of any such delivery service apply to your order/goods as soon as they are dispatched from us. All orders must be paid for in full before they are dispatched. Any orders placed on this website that remain unpaid for longer than 3 working days will be considered abandoned and canceled.

All delivery fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas postage fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, however special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Insurance or extra cover can be purchased by contacting us at 


Returns and Exchanges

At Cosacc we understand that buying online presents challenges with getting sizes right. Please read the following policy to ensure you are aware of your rights under this policy.

All Returns and Exchanges:

All returns and exchanges must be approved prior to returning your purchase by contacting us as follows:

All return and exchange requests must be made within 14 business days of shipping of your item(s).

The item(s) must be returned to the address below within 14 business days of an approved return request.

Exchange Returns - size and change of mind:

Please contact us to discuss the exchange options available if you have purchased an item where the size is incorrect or you have changed your mind about the item. We may exchange any item that is not the correct size with an item of the same style and type excluding any postage costs. If you have changed you mind and we agree to offer an exchange it will be a product exchange or an exchange voucher to use for future purchases. Foxwood Equestrian will assess each exchange request and the decision to make an exchange will be made with the best possible outcome for both parties.

Sale Item Returns

We will accept sale items for exchange, however if the on sale exchange item is out of stock or no longer stocked an exchange voucher will be issued in place of a product exchange.

* In all situations where an exchange voucher is issued the exchange voucher will have an expiry date. Please ensure the voucher is used before the expiry date. If an extension of the expiry date is required please contact us.

Headware Returns:

Unless faulty will not be accepted for exchange, credit or refund due to health reasons.

All other Returns:

Cosacc will accept product returns to meet its legal requirements in the following situations and may provide you with an exchange voucher, refund or repair inline with consumer laws where:

  •           The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality, or
  •           The product is not fit for its intended purpose, or
  •           The product does not match the sample or our description;

Provided you can produce proof of purchase, the items are unused and returned to us in original packaging within 10 business days of us agreeing to your return.

Cosacc reserves the right to assess the condition and age of returned products prior to providing a repair, exchange voucher or refund. This may result in a repair, exchange or refund being refused.

Please Note:

  •           You must have proof of purchase
  •           Any refunds will be issued using your original payment method
  •           All Refunds and Exchanges will be made excluding any postage, handling and packaging fees
  •           Exchange Vouchers/Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash and will have an expiry date
  •           All items must be returned in a new and unused condition with the original packaging and labels.
